bdjaji Platform Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the bdjaji platform. By registering an account or placing a wager on bdjaji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
bdjaji operates as an online entertainment platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and related gaming services to eligible players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all services offered on the bdjaji platform, including but not limited to the website accessible at bdjaji.net, any associated mobile-optimised web interfaces, and all account-related services including registration, verification, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, and customer support interactions.
bdjaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details held on their account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to ensure they remain informed of the current terms of use.
Definitions & Interpretation
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions unless the context expressly requires otherwise.
- "Platform" means the bdjaji website, web application, and all related services accessible at bdjaji.net and any associated sub-domains or mobile interfaces.
- "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with bdjaji, through which the Player accesses the Platform's services.
- "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account with bdjaji and meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
- "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited winnings, but excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit amounts awarded to a Player as part of a bdjaji promotional offer, subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager from their Bonus Funds balance before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the Player must wager twenty times the bonus amount).
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by bdjaji to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership prior to approving withdrawal requests.
- "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the lawful currency of Bangladesh, which is the base currency of all Account Balances and transactions on bdjaji.
- "Prohibited Conduct" means any action or behaviour by a Player that violates these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, and multi-accounting, as further detailed in Section 6.
- "Force Majeure" means any event beyond bdjaji's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, regulatory changes, or payment provider failures, that prevents or materially impairs bdjaji's ability to perform its obligations under these Terms.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on bdjaji. By creating an Account you confirm that you are 18 years or older. bdjaji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage and to suspend or close any Account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Geographic Eligibility
The bdjaji Platform is directed at players residing in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the bdjaji Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. bdjaji makes no representation that its services are lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.
Self-Excluded Players
Any individual who has previously applied for a self-exclusion on bdjaji, or who has been excluded from the Platform for any reason, is not eligible to register a new Account or access the Platform during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent Account closure.
Employee Restriction
Employees, contractors, consultants, officers, and directors of bdjaji, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on the Platform. This restriction applies for the duration of any employment or contractual relationship with bdjaji.
bdjaji strictly enforces its 18+ age restriction across all stages of the player lifecycle. Age verification documents — which may include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — will be requested prior to the processing of any withdrawal. In cases where there is reasonable suspicion that an Account is held by or being used by a minor, bdjaji reserves the right to freeze the Account, suspend all transactions, and investigate the matter without prior notice to the Account holder.
By registering a bdjaji Account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person; (c) you are not subject to any self-exclusion order or Account restriction on any other online gaming platform; and (d) all information you provide to bdjaji during registration and throughout your relationship with the Platform is accurate, current, and complete.
Account Registration & Verification
To access real-money gaming and betting services on bdjaji, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, device, or payment method used — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the termination of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for ensuring that this information remains accurate and up to date at all times. Any changes to your registered details must be reported to the bdjaji support team promptly via the contact options available on the Platform.
bdjaji conducts KYC verification as part of its commitment to player safety, responsible gaming, and fraud prevention. KYC documents may be requested at any time, and are mandatory before any withdrawal is approved. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 14 calendar days from the date of the request — may result in Account suspension and, where funds cannot be attributed to a verified identity, forfeiture of the Account balance in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.
bdjaji reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the registration or use of the Account violates these Terms, involves fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on bdjaji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bdjaji supports a range of local payment methods to ensure accessible, fast, and secure transactions for Bangladesh players. The currently supported payment methods are set out in the table below. bdjaji reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposits: All deposits made to your bdjaji Account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of the deposit, Account suspension, and a mandatory KYC investigation. bdjaji is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with a deposit transaction.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified alternative method approved by the bdjaji payments team. All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. bdjaji reserves the right to apply additional verification checks — including source-of-funds documentation — for withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, as determined by the Platform's internal compliance procedures. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks.
Inactive Account Fees: An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. bdjaji reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant Accounts, deducted from the Account Balance until either the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player. Players with dormant Accounts are encouraged to contact the support team to arrange reactivation.
Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in BDT. bdjaji does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any funds received in a currency other than BDT will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant payment provider, and bdjaji accepts no liability for exchange rate losses incurred in connection with any such conversion.
Bonuses & Promotions
bdjaji offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin equivalents, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bdjaji bonuses:
- Bonuses are available to players aged 18 years or older who hold a verified bdjaji Account in good standing.
- Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated in the specific promotional terms.
- Wagering Requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the promotional terms. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to unmet Wagering Requirements at the expiry of the promotional period will be forfeited automatically.
- Certain game categories — including live casino tables and some jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate (or at zero rate) towards the fulfilment of a Wagering Requirement. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotional terms.
- bdjaji reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, and to reclaim Bonus Funds from a Player's Account where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms in connection with a promotion.
- Bonuses cannot be combined with other active promotional offers unless the promotional terms for both offers explicitly permit combination.
Players who are found to be abusing the bdjaji bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional mechanics — will have their Accounts suspended and all associated bonus funds, promotional winnings, and Account Balances forfeited.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a Player on the bdjaji Platform, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable law, and the reasonable expectations of a fair and responsible online gaming environment. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on bdjaji and will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure:
- Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account on bdjaji, whether under your own name or any alias, for any purpose including bonus abuse, circumvention of Account restrictions, or wagering from a restricted jurisdiction.
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documents during KYC; misrepresenting your age, identity, or place of residence; or any other form of financial or identity fraud.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, live dealer tables, or sports betting — for example by sharing hole cards, coordinating bet placement to exploit bonus structures, or using insider information in sports betting.
- Automated software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, artificial intelligence systems, or any other software that places bets or makes game decisions without genuine human input in real time.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to bdjaji without first seeking resolution through the bdjaji support process. Chargebacks will result in immediate Account suspension and recovery proceedings.
- Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, display errors, incorrect odds, or pricing errors to place bets or wagers that you know — or ought reasonably to know — do not reflect bdjaji's intended offer. bdjaji reserves the right to void any such bets and recover any funds paid out as a result.
- Abusive conduct: Using threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive language towards bdjaji staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the Platform.
bdjaji employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns, bonus abuse, and other forms of Prohibited Conduct. Where Prohibited Conduct is identified, bdjaji reserves the right to: (a) void all affected bets and transactions; (b) suspend and close the Account without prior notice; (c) withhold and/or forfeit the Account Balance; and (d) report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.
Account Suspension & Closure
Player-Initiated Closure
You may close your bdjaji Account at any time by submitting a closure request to the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of any applicable dormancy fees or outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
bdjaji-Initiated Closure
bdjaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where a player breaches these Terms, where continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the Platform or other players, or where required by applicable law or regulation. Where a closure is initiated by bdjaji for reasons other than player misconduct, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the player.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion through the bdjaji support team. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is locked, all marketing communications are suspended, and re-registration attempts are blocked. Cooling-Off Periods
As an alternative to full self-exclusion, players may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, access to real-money gaming is suspended but the Account remains active. Deposit limit increases requested during a cooling-off period will not be processed until the period expires and an additional 24-hour confirmation window has elapsed.
Any request for Account closure, self-exclusion, or a cooling-off period submitted by a Player will be treated as a final, binding instruction by that Player. bdjaji will not accept requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the agreed exclusion period has elapsed, except where the Player provides credible evidence that the request was made in error and no real-money gaming activity has occurred since the request was submitted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdjaji's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their bdjaji Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bdjaji expressly excludes all liability for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether direct or indirect;
- Interruptions to the Platform caused by internet connectivity failures, third-party payment provider outages, Force Majeure events, or scheduled or emergency maintenance;
- Errors in game outcomes caused by software faults, where bdjaji has taken reasonable steps to correct the error and has voided affected bets in a fair and timely manner;
- Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
- Any tax liability that may arise in your jurisdiction as a result of winnings received through the bdjaji Platform — Players are solely responsible for determining and meeting any applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits bdjaji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The bdjaji Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdjaji makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or its content. Odds, game outcomes, and promotional offers are subject to change without notice in accordance with the provisions of these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which bdjaji operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the bdjaji complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

One Account Per Player
